You forgot Ukraine and Columbia. And Africa has apparently been entirely recolonised by a very motley crew including BELARUS, TurKey, the Philippines (twice) , Pakistan (twice), New Guinea, Myanmar and Finland.

I wondered if that older map (also popped up at reddit) might be better, and at least it mostly doesn't simply show modern borders and did make the effort to show multiple smaller Italian states (although Tunisia. Libya and Egypt are in a highly suspicious modern shape)
The Bay of North Portugal was probably a coloring error.
